What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet sales objectives in the assigned territory
- Provide high levels of proactive service to support the growth and retention of assigned clients
- Schedule and conduct quarterly client meetings, sales calls, and webinars
- Maintain updates and monitor client marketing promotion metrics reporting
- Submit weekly reports outlining activities, challenges, and progress to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Inside sales experience with a successful history of developing relationships over the phone
- Proficiency in developing sales and marketing strategies across various channels
- Strong public speaking, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare sales
- Familiarity with web analytics to determine sales success
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and availability of an automobile
- Proven ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
