- You'll help deliver end-to-end real estate services for our operational property portfolio by working in conjunction with our third-party agents and legal partners to provide an efficient and cost-effective service, while being a trusted partner to our franchises and functions
- Due to the nature of the role, you'll develop a wide range of knowledge and it will be an excellent opportunity to broaden your skill set
- Project managing asset management activities, such as acquisitions and disposal of space
- Identifying opportunities to drive value, such as leading re-gears, reviews of vacant and underutilised spaces, and partial surrenders and sales, while maintaining a full service provision
- Building and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Making sure that the bank operates from an efficient and effective portfolio, through coordinating internal and external service providers
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across a variety of levels
Join us as a Property Asset Manager
What you'll do
As a Property Asset Manager, you’ll be delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting and performance management of our property portfolio. You’ll be regarded as a subject matter expert to enable and inform asset management activities, standards, processes and controls, on a range of subjects including financial provisions and exit costs, general property advice, valuation advice, landlord or tenant issues and treasury management.
