      Part-Time Property Manager – Argus Court/Argus Green (53 Units)
      Location: 3400 Vision Center Court Columbus, OH 43227
      Hours: 28 hours per week

      National Church Residences is a leading provider of affordable housing and senior services with a mission to provide high-quality care and service to our communities. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for our Argus Court/Argus Green communities, which consist of 53 units serving residents under Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD programs.

      Job Summary:
      The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations, maintaining high occupancy, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Manage daily operations of the property, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations

      • Ensure full compliance with Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD program requirements

      • Maintain accurate resident files and complete required reports in a timely manner

      • Utilize Yardi property management software for resident management and reporting

      • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address work orders and property upkeep

      • Conduct annual and interim recertifications, move-ins, and move-outs

      • Collaborate with regional managers and compliance teams to meet operational goals

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

      • Minimum 2 years of experience in affordable housing property management

      • Strong knowledge of Section 8, LIHTC, HUD regulations

      • Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software

      • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

      • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

      • Passion for serving residents in an affordable housing setting
