Job Description

- Manage resident relations
- Coordinate request for repairs and maintenance
- Financial administration
- Property occupancy and compliance
- Maintenance/grounds keeping and onsite personnel management/development
- Ensure with corporate support staff on management company procedures
- Provide prompt, detailed and accurate general status reports on properties assigned
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing mid-rise or high-rise apartment community with demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis
- Prior experience compiling budgets and financial administration
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion
- Fluent bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Base Salary + Performance Bonus.
