  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and implement business plans for assigned retail properties to maximize asset value and NOI
  - Provide oversight of contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure proper property management
  - Build relationships with tenants to retain business and pursue additional opportunities
  - Support the leasing team and understand the leasing process
  - Conduct monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting as required by the client
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.)
  - Real Estate License
  - At least 3-5 years of experience in retail property management, with multiple property responsibilities preferred
  - In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
  - Competency in Microsoft Office and general use of personal computers

  - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
