Location: Bexley Spring Hill
Pay: Flexible dependent upon experience
Property management experience required, ideal experience with Class A luxury multi-family communities and strong customer service, admin and leadership skills. This role does involve working with a team of employees, being able to lead, coach and oversee others as well as operations for a community. This role involves managing a team of employees, being able to lead, coach and oversee others as well as operations for a community with 264 units and a team of 7 (including the PM).

This position’s responsibilities include front line resident services, team interaction, fast-paced learning, and communicating in persuasive and difficult situations. Attention to detail is necessary.
We are not commission based in any of our roles.
