What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights for management decisions
- Write, modify, and execute databases and reports for various operational needs
- Identify cost control and management issues, recommending actions for resolution
- Reconcile provider compensation to ensure alignment with contractual terms
- Consult with management to determine information requirements and produce project specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills to promote positive internal and external relations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an integrated health system medical group, particularly in Provider Compensation
- Familiarity with Cerner and HPP electronic medical and billing systems
- Knowledge of healthcare financial forecasting and analysis
- Experience working with large databases, data extraction, and analysis
- Proficiency in various data management techniques
