      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and interpret data to provide insights for management decisions
      - Write, modify, and execute various databases and reports for production and management
      - Identify cost control and management issues, recommending actions to resolve them
      - Reconcile provider compensation to contractual terms
      - Collaborate with management and departmental personnel to determine information requirements and produce specifications for systems projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Systems, Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
      - Minimum of one year of prior experience in finance or accounting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an integrated health system medical group, particularly in Provider Compensation
      - Experience working with Cerner and HPP electronic medical and billing systems
      - Experience in healthcare financial forecasting and analysis
      - Experience working with large databases, data extraction, and analysis
