      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office, including employee records and updates
      - Plan and implement recruitment and staffing strategies for the PHC department
      - Conduct interviews, review applications, and assist in the hiring process
      - Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies through audits and documentation
      - Administer and explain employee benefits, serving as a liaison between employees and corporate office

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Spanish bilingual required
      - Minimum of 1 year of human resources experience preferred
      - Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team player
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency with office computer equipment and software
