  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as a trusted partner to the Practice Group Leader, overseeing accounts and pitching new business
  - Deliver exceptional media results for clients by leveraging media contacts and managing client relationships
  - Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and time management while meeting business unit metrics
  - Drive new business pitches, coordinating resources and effectively presenting at meetings
  - Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff while actively participating in account success
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - At least seven years of progressive experience in public relations or related fields
  - Extensive experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  - Strong written and communication skills
  - Ability to evaluate campaign results against objectives and manage a team effectively
  - Broad client experience across technology, business, and consumer brands
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Prior agency experience with a focus on media relations and top-tier outlets
  - Technical knowledge of AI or complex tech concepts
  - Sales-savvy with the ability to drive new business
  - Active use of AI tools to automate workflows
  - Experience in strategic planning and execution of PR strategies
