      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strong media and influencer relationships to secure coverage for clients
      - Manage projects from concept to execution, providing strategic counsel on media opportunities
      - Create and edit a variety of written materials, including press releases and campaign plans
      - Participate in new business processes and networking events to promote the agency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in a communications or marketing agency
      - Proven ability to develop and execute creative campaigns and PR plans
      - Strong writing skills with the ability to generate and edit diverse written content
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
      - Experience with social media influencer engagement and measuring ROI of communications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with tech PR and an understanding of current industry trends
      - Experience mentoring junior staff and leading projects
      - Proven track record of successful media pitches and award submissions
