What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to client calls, emails, system alerts, and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Determine problem severity, establish priorities, and assign service requests to appropriate resources
- Accurately log client problem information and create service requests
- Provide prompt communications to clients regarding status updates and estimated resolution times
- Troubleshoot and remediate support requests for basic and intermediate break/fix issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma and two years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous IT experience preferred
- Proficiency with business collaboration tools including MS Office applications and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
