      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the implementation of a patient-centric model involving physicians, their staff, clinics, and hospitals
      - Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with Centers of Excellence, academic institutions, and health systems
      - Serve as the authority on tools and resources available to support healthcare providers in advocating for rare disease patients
      - Create and execute strategic business and account plans reflecting local market conditions
      - Provide educational support and high-level clinical education to healthcare providers managing patients with rare CAH disease

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree AND 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, including 5+ years calling on prescribers of specialized products
      - Proven sales performance with quantifiable accomplishments in specialty pharmaceutical or biotech markets
      - Experience in rare diseases preferred
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for frequent travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree preferred AND 6+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 4+ years of experience
      - Prior experience calling on Key Accounts, Centers of Excellence, and academic institutions
      - Endocrine experience is strongly preferred
      - Previous start-up or market development experience desirable
      - Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution and Hub Model
