- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
- Strong communication and influencing capabilities.
- Experience in the financial services sector, specifically within mass affluent banking, is highly preferred.

Duration: 6 Months
Location: Chicago,IL/100% Remote
Pay Range: $48 - $50 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. You will source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for roles within the Mass Affluent segment. The position involves advising on recruiting best practices and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
