      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage requisitions from opening to hire for approximately 11 branches across multiple states
      - Understand each location's talent landscape, competitors, and cultural nuances
      - Advise on internal equity, potential turnover risks, and future hiring needs
      - Use various sourcing methods to find top talent, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
      - Track and report on time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR, with exposure to full-cycle recruiting
      - Proven ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions
      - Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs
      - Familiarity with ATS platforms (iCIMS strongly preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting multi-location or regional recruiting
      - Exposure to sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, etc.) and creative outreach strategies
      - Knowledge of employment law and compliance as it relates to recruiting
