      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
      - Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies based on organizational needs
      - Source resumes, pre-screen candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers throughout the interview process
      - Maintain communication with recruitment agency partners to ensure timely staffing solutions
      - Collaborate with department managers to draft accurate job descriptions and assist in the offer process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a relevant field
      - At least 3+ years of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in the advertising/marketing or tech industry
      - Knowledge of relevant legal regulations, including employment laws and visa procedures
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with strong negotiation skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite, and experience with recruitment platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of digital marketing, ad tech, or advertising industry trends
      - Experience with ATS platforms to track and manage recruitment progress
      - Ability to travel a minimum of 15% a year for onsite meetings and training
