 What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
 - Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
 - Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on organizational needs
 - Resume source and pre-screen candidates while collaborating with hiring managers throughout the interview process
 - Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview materials in collaboration with the Recruitment Coordinator
 - Maintain communication with recruitment agency partners to ensure timely progress in the hiring process
 What is Required (Qualifications):
 - BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a relevant field
 - At least 3+ years of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in the advertising, marketing, or tech industry
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including verbal and written skills
 - Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite, along with experience using recruitment platforms and ATS
 How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
 - Knowledge of digital marketing, ad tech, and advertising industry trends
 - Experience with recruitment platforms like Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others
 - Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and staffing best practices
 - Proactive approach with strong initiative and time management skills
 - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
