      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and close new business acquisitions for specific assigned geographic territories
      - Confidently sell to C-level executives, VPs, and Field-Based Employees, adapting strategies per persona
      - Prospect potential new customers through various channels, including phone, email, and industry events
      - Lead in-person or virtual product demonstrations and draft proposals, quotes, and contracts
      - Negotiate contracts and develop thoughtful micro-strategies for each prospect to close deals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years’ experience selling enterprise software to construction or related industries
      - At least 7+ years’ experience facilitating all aspects of the sales cycle, with a focus on relationship building and closing
      - Strong experience selling to C-level Executives and delivering consistent revenue growth
      - Proven ability to conduct targeted searches and convert qualified sales leads
      - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other business-related fields is strongly preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot
      - Experience leading virtual and in-person product demonstrations via platforms like WebEx and Zoom
      - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate during presentations
      - Familiarity with complex buying organizations and understanding their needs
      - Willingness to travel frequently as a strategic method for prospecting and networking
