      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the acquisition of and close new business for specific assigned geographic territories
      - Confidently sell to C-level executives, VPs, and Field-Based Employees, adjusting strategies as needed
      - Actively prospect potential new customers and follow up on touchpoints strategically
      - Lead in-person or virtual product demonstrations and draft proposals in accordance with company procedures
      - Negotiate contracts and close deals by developing thoughtful micro-strategies for each prospect

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years’ experience selling enterprise software to construction or related industries
      - 7+ years’ experience facilitating all aspects of the sales cycle, focusing on relationship building and closing
      - Strong experience selling to and communicating with C-level executives and VPs
      - Proven track record in quota-carrying roles, delivering consistent revenue growth
      - Ability to travel up to 70% for prospecting and networking purposes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other business-related majors
      - Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot
      - Proven experience leading virtual and in-person product demonstrations
      - Strong verbal communication skills, particularly in negotiations and public speaking
      - Understanding of prospective customers' needs within complex buying organizations
