      This position supports the vision and goals of Fireside Hearth & Home byu00A0maximizing FHH/HHT profitability with increasing fireplace Incident Rate (IR) and upgrade opportunities within assigned production builders.u00A0

      Keyu00A0Responsibilities:
      • Use Gold Sheets (for National Homebuilders) as reference to align local selling strategy and communication with overall HHT program for all assigned National Builders
      • Establish working relationships with HHT National Account Management team to better understand account strategy and bridge the gap between corporate strategy and local market execution.
      • Document hearth category decision making process within assigned accounts
      • Analyze market trends to assess optimal fireplace mix and option and upgrade pricing by homebuyer type within each account.
      • Recommend option and upgrade selection with recommended resale pricing to create Profit Propositions for all assigned accounts
      • Educate decision makers and influencers on hearth trends in the market including competitive pictures from market.
      Qualifications: u00A0
      • u00A0BA/BS in related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
      • 4+ years with successful experience in sales or design within residential construction, preferably with production builders.
      • Experience with group facilitation / training others on features and benefits of products
      • SalesForce or similar CRM experience
