What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute business development strategies and marketing plans to meet or exceed objectives
- Provide account management and strategic planning for key accounts
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with external stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify barriers and opportunities within customer segments to ensure company success
- Deliver compliant and balanced clinical presentations to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree a plus
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 5+ years in sales or market access
- 2+ years of experience in the Corrections/Criminal Justice System or integrated health systems
- Proven sales performance in specialty pharmacy markets, evidenced by recognition awards
- Ability to travel regionally and nationally as needed (up to 70-80%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with complex customer protocol navigation and contracting in integrated health systems
- Proven product launch experience in competitive environments
- Understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments
- Entrepreneurial attitude or experience in a start-up environment
- Experience selling specialty products, particularly injectable medication technologies
