      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for large automotive dealerships using AI products
      - Act as the quarterback for a regional territory of the largest automotive customers, including 2-3 onsite dealership visits per week
      - Guide dealerships through their AI transformation while addressing inquiries, issues, and escalations
      - Drive and increase adoption and utilization of podium products through in-depth product and industry knowledge
      - Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, onboarding, or account management
      - At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
      - Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels, including CEOs and VPs
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer challenges
      - Bachelor's degree required

      - Consistent over-achievement in past and current positions
      - 3+ years of B2B software experience
      - Scored in the top 10% in performance reviews for the past 3 years
