What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary post-sales contact for large automotive dealerships utilizing AI products
- Act as the quarterback for a regional territory of major automotive customers, including 2-3 onsite visits per week
- Guide dealerships through their AI transformation while addressing inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Drive adoption and utilization of Podium products through in-depth product knowledge
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, onboarding, or account management
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Proven ability to maximize customer retention and engagement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer challenges
- Bachelor's degree required

- Scored in the top 10% in performance reviews for the past 3 years
- Experience in B2B software environments
- Consistent over-achievement in past and current roles
