      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the performance of the Account Executive team, providing coaching and mentorship to optimize individual and team performance
      - Develop and implement territory plans to enhance same store growth and scan volume, while standardizing best practices
      - Collaborate with Operations to deliver ongoing sales training and foster a continuous learning environment
      - Monitor regional performance against key metrics and present findings to leadership
      - Participate in operational and sales meetings, leading discussions and providing data-driven insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in a healthcare environment or relevant field
      - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
      - Strong business acumen and leadership skills
      - High level of problem-solving and decision-making abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree
      - 5 years of sales and marketing responsibility in a healthcare environment or relevant field
      - Prior experience in Radiology and/or Oncology
