      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop data-driven business plans to identify opportunities and threats in the retail home improvement sector
      - Manage and enhance relationships with existing customers while generating new client connections
      - Oversee retail partner service teams, ensuring product placements and merchandising align with company standards
      - Share product expertise with retail partners and assist in the execution of effective marketing strategies
      - Conduct regular business reviews and metrics updates to educate customers on growth opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA in Sales, Business Management, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of prior field sales experience with large retail home improvement customers
      - Proven sales presentation skills and ability to analyze sales data for growth opportunities
      - Strong relationship-building abilities and capability to manage competing priorities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in marketing or selling a challenger brand in the home improvement sector
      - Ability to work some evenings and occasional weekends during peak periods
      - Experience with project management and identifying new partnership opportunities
