      The Regional Pricing Manager is responsible for executing and managing pricing strategy and pricing operations in support of regional sales teams. This role serves as a hands-on business partner to local sales leadership, ensuring pricing guidance is accurate, consistently applied, and aligned with Convergint’s customer-centric and profitability objectives. The Regional Pricing Manager translates pricing strategy into day-to-day execution by working closely with sales managers, regional leadership, IT, and sales enablement. This role focuses on operational excellence, coaching, and continuous improvement of pricing practices to drive margin performance and customer satisfaction.

      The Regional Pricing Manager is expected to perform the role in a manner that reflects and reinforces Convergint’s Values and Beliefs.

      Salary Range: 95,000-162,000/Annual

      Regional Pricing Execution & Governance

      • Manage and maintain accurate pricing guidance for customer-product (material, service, installation) combinations within the assigned region.
      • Ensure pricing data integrity, compliance, and governance across systems and customer records.
      • Escalate pricing risks, data inconsistencies, or margin concerns to senior pricing leadership as needed.

      Sales Partnership & Profitability Support

      • Act as a day-to-day pricing partner to Sales Managers, General Managers, and Regional leadership.
      • Support sales leaders with pricing insights and analysis to improve deal quality and profitability.
      • Coach sales teams on pricing tools, guidelines, and behaviors to drive adoption and consistency.

      Contract & Agreement Pricing Support

      • Support pricing components of local Master Service Agreement (MSA) renewals and new agreements.
      • Monitor agreement-level profitability and flag variances against established targets.
      • Partner with regional leaders to recommend corrective actions when pricing performance deviates from expectations.

      Pricing Guidance Optimization

      • Maintain and refine pricing guidance based on local market conditions, competitive dynamics, and business rules.
      • Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments to protect margins and remain competitive.
      • Provide feedback and insights to senior pricing leadership on regional trends and opportunities.

      Team Leadership & Development

      • Lead, coach, and develop pricing analysts or specialists within the region.
      • Assign work, prioritize requests, and ensure timely, high-quality pricing support.
      • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the pricing team.

      Core Competencies:

      • Working knowledge of B2B pricing, particularly in service and/or systems integration environments
      • Strong analytical, financial, and problem solving skills
      • Ability to interpret pricing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
      • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
      • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
      • Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across functions

      Education

      • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Computer Science required
      • Master’s degree preferred

      Experience

      • 5–8 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, sales strategy, or related analytical roles
      • Experience supporting sales teams in a B2B environment
      • Prior experience leading projects or managing people preferred
      • Demonstrated ability to translate pricing concepts into practical business guidance

      Certifications

      Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) preferred but not required
