What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Hire, lead, and coach a successful team of full-cycle sales professionals
- Develop, motivate, and retain top performers to achieve team sales goals
- Manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM to exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate and timely forecast reporting for sales performance
- Conduct daily huddles, interactive meetings, and challenges to engage the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience leading a quota-carrying, closing sales team
- Proven ability to coach, attract, and retain exceptional sales talent
- Track record of consistently exceeding established sales goals
- Experience closing large deals with complex sales cycles in enterprise accounts
- Bachelor's Degree
