      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own full strategic direction and coverage of the regional map, focusing on customer needs and issues
      - Develop and implement strategies to expand the footprint within the existing install base and approach academic accounts
      - Manage relationships with the installed base, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction through regular reviews
      - Identify and capitalize on upgrade sales opportunities, selling solutions and consumables to meet customer needs
      - Provide continuous support throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring customer education on new capabilities and upgrades

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
      - Minimum five (5) years of professional customer-facing experience in medical equipment
      - Proven track record of selling at clinical and C-suite levels
      - Familiarity with oncology, radiotherapy, and related healthcare practices
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technology positively

      - Knowledge of the Accuray product portfolio
      - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and engage positively with colleagues
      - Dynamic, proactive, and driven to achieve high levels of accomplishment
      - Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
