What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, plan, and implement local sales strategies and business development initiatives
- Drive and ensure achievement of sales targets while identifying performance shortfalls
- Develop and implement annual market development plans tailored to country market needs
- Conduct market analyses and define forecasts and plans based on customer research and competitor data
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and ensure value delivery to customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and/or service in the electrical or industrial market
- Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius of the specified job locations
- Strong knowledge of managing products, product applications, and distribution channels
- Exceptional sales presence and ability to navigate difficult sales situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Business from an accredited institution
- Experience with Medium and Low voltage power distribution systems, 3 Phase UPS systems, Transformers, and busduct
