      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Grow market share of medical products in the designated geographic area and achieve or exceed sales quotas
      - Build and maintain relationships with clinical, technical, and economic decision-makers
      - Keep CRM software updated and educate medical staff on product benefits
      - Conduct product demonstrations and ensure smooth ordering processes at accounts
      - Analyze and present field sales data to aid in strategy planning and implementation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, biology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical industry and medical device sales
      - Proven track record in direct sales and ability to learn medical device product platforms
      - Self-starter with independent sales management skills
      - Must currently reside in the state of Arizona
