What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct and control all sales functions across North America to meet sales and financial objectives
- Implement the company's Go-To-Market and Marketing strategy, including launching new products and services
- Create demand for new business opportunities and manage data within a CRM
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners
- Ensure all sales activities exceed customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical or business degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in a technical sales environment
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and support processes
- High level of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of US markets and a proven track record of success
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five or more years of experience in the gas detection or related industry
- Experience in mentoring and developing others in a sales environment
- MBA or similar advanced degree
