What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and build strategic account partnerships to enhance revenue potential
- Develop and implement profit plans to meet regional sales goals
- Analyze performance metrics to ensure the region achieves its objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance issues and customer needs
- Lead outside sales members by implementing effective sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience managing a team and demonstrated sales success; 5+ years of selling experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience with CRM software tools, sales analytics, and territory reporting
- Willingness to travel throughout the entire state as required
