      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts
      - Lead customer conversations to establish value, create demand, and address concerns
      - Drive and track sales pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics and collaborate with key accounts
      - Develop strong relationships across all key account organizations and present value to decision makers
      - Demonstrate outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in professional selling, marketing, or business-related field preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years previous account management experience in distribution and/or manufacturing
      - Strong business acumen including knowledge of accounting, P&L, margins, and performance metrics
      - Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and previous experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of safety products and industry trends
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
      - Experience in negotiating customer-specific programs and pricing strategies
      - Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote or field-based role
      - Strong analytical skills and executive-level communication abilities
