      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the sales team in the Western Region to increase sales of all products through various channels
      - Identify open markets and establish new distribution networks
      - Track sales metrics, division results, and promotion sign-ups
      - Plan and implement sales blitzes, meetings, and performance reviews
      - Provide support and direction to Territory Sales Managers for promotional planning and product training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a business-related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work and management experience
      - Proven leadership ability with a successful sales team
      - Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
