What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage regional accounts by strengthening partnerships and driving product placement
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Prospect and close new business through networking and collaboration with distributors
- Lead training sessions and product presentations for distributor sales teams
- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities and provide regular territory reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of foodservice or CPG sales experience with a focus on distributor or regional accounts
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through distributor relationships
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel 60-70% within the assigned region
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with major distributors such as Sysco, US Foods, Dot Foods, or Unipro
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
