      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently schedule field time, averaging 50% in East Coast locations like New York and Florida
      - Establish annual sales forecasts for representatives and distributors, promoting product seminars and plant tours
      - Act as a clearing house for sales leads, coordinating follow-ups and making pricing decisions within factory guidelines
      - Conduct training seminars to enhance product knowledge and presentation skills of representatives and distributors
      - Evaluate distributor performance and collaborate with management on territory representation decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales or sales management experience in a related industry
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
      - Experience with D365 CRM software
      - Valid driver's license and clear driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the industrial valves or control products industry
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor relationships
      - Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
