What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve revenue and market growth objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing accounts
- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and lead contract negotiations to secure new business
- Represent the employer at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline activity and forecast sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the waste management or heavy equipment industry
- Strong public speaking, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and mobile communication tools
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including overnight stays

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Ability to engage effectively with municipal officials and private sector executives
