      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Expand and grow aluminum sales in the Great Lakes Region, including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Western Pennsylvania, and Western New York
      - Manage accounts and deploy both tactical and strategic initiatives to meet volume, revenue, and profit objectives
      - Conduct account management and sales prospecting activities
      - Build strategic relationships and negotiate contracts and renewals
      - Provide monthly forecasting and weekly call reports to monitor territory performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15+ years of experience
      - Minimum of five (5) years of progressive growth selling to service centers
      - Proven track record of success in a collaborative environment with strategic relationship building
      - Proficient in contract negotiation and qualifying/disqualifying sales opportunities
      - Ability to engage with all levels of the customer organization, from buyer to C-suite executive
