      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop deep familiarity with the employer's platform to effectively address public safety and societal challenges
      - Travel to client sites for product education and demonstrations to law enforcement agencies
      - Manage sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure operational transparency
      - Utilize MEDDPICC methodology to effectively manage the sales pipeline
      - Collaborate with leadership to create strategies that meet customer needs and achieve sales targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, focusing on data integration and analytics
      - Proven track record of consistent quota attainment exceeding $1M+ ARR/year
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
      - Experience negotiating and closing legal agreements, along with supporting new customers through onboarding
      - Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and ability to work with cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an early-stage tech startup environment
      - Established relationships within law enforcement in the assigned territory
      - Proven success in selling SaaS platforms into net new logo accounts with complex procurement requirements
      - Passion for making a difference in the lives of many through technology
      - A history of overachievement of sales quotas with strong customer references
