What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and oversee the District Sales Manager team to drive sales growth and retention
- Develop and implement operational and strategic initiatives within sales regions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving concerns
- Collaborate with sales leaders to drive growth and assist in resolving customer complaints
- Analyze competitive market information and coordinate market pricing in collaboration with District Sales Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in outside sales
- Strong understanding of building materials, particularly in pre-engineered metal buildings, pole barns, or metal roofing systems
- Ability to analyze market conditions and competition for strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with expected travel of 50-70%

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Understanding of the construction process and proficiency in drafting and estimating functions
- Strong professionalism and work ethic
- Experience with ERP and business applications
