What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a sales team to achieve district sales objectives through coaching and feedback
- Establish and implement sales plans and quotas to meet national objectives
- Maintain and expand the customer base by building rapport with key prescribers
- Ensure team members possess best-in-class product knowledge and sales skills
- Contribute to strategic plans by providing district sales information and identifying trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently for business purposes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Women's Health preferred
- Familiarity with new product launches
- Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant major
