      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, coach, and hold sales representatives accountable to achieve sales targets

      - Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, territory reviews, and performance analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in medical or dental sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
      - Proven track record of coaching and developing sales talent
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Strong ability to build trust and rapport quickly with sales representatives and key customers
      - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
