What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coach, and hold sales representatives accountable for achieving sales targets
- Conduct regular co-travel with sales reps to support territory growth and customer relationships

- Collaborate on annual budgeting and performance analysis with the Vice President of Sales
- Represent the employer at industry events, trade shows, and study clubs to build brand awareness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in medical or dental sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of coaching and developing sales talent
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office, Concur, and CRM tools
