      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work and hands-on sales training
      - Own regional revenue performance by driving consistent activity and supporting both new sales and account expansion
      - Maintain Salesforce hygiene and forecasting, ensuring accurate data and acting as deal support
      - Serve as the regional voice, surfacing customer insights and operational issues to various teams
      - Recruit and develop high-performing talent to scale Territory Manager teams as the company grows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in frontline sales leadership, ideally in high-growth environments
      - Strong operational rigor with CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
      - Hands-on mindset, comfortable spending time on the road and engaging with customers
      - Expertise in modern sales practices and ability to coach others in these methodologies
      - Direct and supportive leadership style, focusing on clarity, accountability, and team culture
