What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all sales activities within the territory, coordinating with Manufacturer's Representatives
- Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships and lead strategic sales initiatives
- Establish account development and distribution strategies in alignment with company objectives
- Analyze sales statistics and market data to inform strategy and forecast revenue
- Supervise and support employees in the Representative Network within the geographic region
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in power supply or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
- Familiarity with market analysis and sales forecasting
- Experience representing a company at trade shows
- Strong analytical skills to assess market needs and customer demands
