What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers daily to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals
- Prepare periodic sales reports and assist sales representatives in maintaining client relationships
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and products to stay ahead in the market
- Represent the company at trade association meetings and deliver sales presentations to key clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field with 5+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in the mold making, injection molding, or plastics industry
- Proficient in utilizing CRM software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Additional industry experience in mold making, injection molding, or plastics manufacturing
