      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively seek and develop new opportunities through various outreach methods, including cold calling and trade shows
      - Identify key accounts and create action plans to enhance Loma's market presence
      - Maintain customer accounts in the CRM system, ensuring accurate status and forecasting
      - Execute consultative sales activities focused on Loma's product differentiators
      - Participate in trade shows and contribute to annual growth goal planning for the region

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management; industrial capital sales experience preferred
      - Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills
      - Proven customer-facing experience in sales and marketing
      - Valid driver's license required, with a minimum of 50% travel necessary

      - Experience in industrial capital sales
      - Familiarity with mechanical systems and instrumentation
      - Strong understanding of CRM and Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability to conduct research on industry-specific issues and key accounts
