What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing
- Communicate the value of the employer’s solutions to customers effectively
- Forecast sales predictably and achieve set targets
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to remote work dynamics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs)
- Experience with at least one earlier-stage start-up organization
- Proven track record of securing 5+ new logos annually and managing a complex sales process
- Experience in a channel-led sales motion
- Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology
