      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage relationships with national distribution chains, independent distributors, and end users within assigned markets
      - Lead and develop employees and sales representative networks, overseeing training and product updates

      - Provide daily support to maximize sales volume across all distribution channels
      - Conduct competitor analysis to inform tactical and strategic decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
      - Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience with a strong record of achievement
      - Advanced knowledge of the lighting industry is strongly preferred
      - Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand product specifications
      - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
