      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage end-to-end sales cycle for small to mid-sized employers, driving revenue
      - Cultivate and grow broker relationships within the assigned territory
      - Participate in sales presentations and training sessions, acting as a subject matter expert
      - Consult with employers and brokers to determine the best product mix and pricing
      - Maintain a large pipeline of opportunities through Salesforce.com for accurate reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field strongly preferred
      - Experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
      - Proven B2B phone sales experience in a closing role
      - Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working within multi-state territories
      - Extensive knowledge of the group health industry and HealthEquity products (HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, etc.)
      - Familiarity with Outreach.io or similar sequence/cadence systems
      - Highly detail-oriented with a track record of over-achieving sales quotas
